RETURNS POLICY

We are confident that you'll love your new products. If you are not entirely satisfied with something purchased from HARLOW HARRY online, we're here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused and in their original, resalable condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and you assume any risk of items lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Items that have been opened or used, or that we reasonably believe are not in resalable condition, will not be accepted.

To request a return, please email us at hello@harlowharry.com.au before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Fragrance

For health and hygiene reasons, our fragrance is sealed at the point of sale. Once the outer seal is broken, or the product has been opened or used, it is no longer suitable for return or exchange and is considered final sale. This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. In certain instances we may offer a store credit at our discretion. Store credits are issued once items are received back unopened, unused and in their original condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

A flat return shipping rate of AUD $12 or USD $25, depending on your original shipping location, will be deducted from your store credit once the return is received and processed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us straight away if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please hold on to the item and its packaging until our team has had a chance to review, and clear photos or a short video of the issue are a great help.

Refunds

If your return is approved and qualifies for a refund, for example a faulty or incorrect item, we'll let you know once it has been processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Returned-to-sender parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it wasn't collected in time or the delivery address was incomplete, the items can be re-shipped once the return has been received and a re-shipping fee has been covered prior to the second dispatch.

Non-returnable items

We're unable to accept returns on:

  • Opened or used fragrance
  • Used products
  • Items returned without prior contact
  • Gift cards

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
