I recently purchased a product from Harlow Harry for my pet, and I’m genuinely blown away by the quality and experience from start to finish. From the moment I received the package, everything felt thoughtfully designed and premium. The product itself exceeded my expectations it smells absolutely divine, is gentle on my pet’s skin and coat, and adds such a luxurious touch to our grooming routine. My pet usually isn't a fan of grooming products, but with Harlow Harry, he was totally relaxed and even seemed to enjoy it!
What really stood out to me, though, was the incredible customer service . I encountered a minor issue with my order, and the team responded immediately with professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, but Harlow Harry went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.

The shampoo exceeded my expectations, this scent, I got the Bellevue, is definitely an Hermes dog shampoo dupe but better! And it left my dog’s fur very silky and clean, I can’t wait to order more and get the perfume that pairs with it as well as other scents!

So happy with our purchase! The smell of both the wash and the perfume are SO good, and they actually last! We used both 2 weeks ago and both our dogs still smell great. The wash doesn’t strip their coat and left them feeling nice and soft post wash. Also great value - a little goes along way. Will be purchasing again.
